The Rules…                                 

• Spray Glue
• General USRA rules apply with these changes….
• Minimum weights… 73 grams for Spec 15, 72 grams for Box 12, 50 grams for Cobalt 12 and 52 grams for Group 27  Group 7.
• Solid steel axles only (no hollow, light weight, or filled axles).
• Single-magnet motors only (no quads, 6-mag, 8-mag, 10-mag motors etc).
• No motor changing allowed! If the field is large enough to require qualifying races, then one motor may be used in the qualifying race, and another motor may be used in the main. The maximum number of motors you could ever use is two!
• Box Stock 12 motors – *Rules Changed* Ball Bearing allowed in can end. Honing magnets allowed.
  
• Tech for Group 27 will be at 10:00 am followed by race to completion. Followed by Cobalt 12, Spec 15, Group 7 and Box 12 tech/races consecutively.
• No qualifying. Starting lanes will be picked randomly.
• “Liberal” payouts  - prizes to 10th place.
• All classes open to any racer except Spec 15, (see following rules & black list).

• Only the Pro Slot PS-702 or PS-702D Spec 15 armatures are allowed. Only Champion or Pro Slot motors are allowed. The can may be the older or the new one (.022 or .030 thick can). This is available as a ready to run motor from Pro Slot… #PS728 or #PS728A.
• Magnets may be glued or epoxied in place but magnet clips must be retained.
•  Any Box Stock 12 chassis will be allowed.
•  Minimum weight is 73 grams for a Spec 15 car.
•  Magnets may not be honed and a minimum .528 air gap between the magnets is required.
