Shipping. Shipping will be either U.S. Mail (1st Class) or United Parcel Service (ground). Note that UPS cannot deliver to a post office box address. *Foreign orders must go by US Mail (Air) If you have a preference (UPS or 1st Class Mail) for shipping, please indicate that in the "comments" space during checkout. If you are looking for your order by a set date, you can also indicate that in the comments section. We will do all we can to get it to you in time but this is not guaranteed. It is best to allow a few extra days to be safe. With UPS, your parcel is automatically insured for $100 at no extra cost. If you select UPS you can also purchase extra insurance up to the value of your order. Indicate the amount of insurance wanted in the comments section. Both the US Postal Service and UPS generally provide excellent reliable delivery service. So much that most of our packages go without extra insurance
Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from the Alpha Slot Racing Online store. If you are not familiar with the products you are ordering we urge you to first contact us at (920)922-6509 or paul@alphaslotracing.com. We can help you select the best products for your racing program. Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. If you should find a defect, return it in new condition within 14 days for a replacement, exchange, or credit. Racing is abusive and sometimes destructive, testing man and machine to their limits and sometimes beyond. Therefore no warranty applies to equipment that has been used or tested.
